ACCLIMATE / INITIATE: 01
Knowing the right course to take comes with knowing you, your company and your project’s specifics. Through a series of meetings and targeted Q&A discovery, we familiarize ourselves with all the different aspects and moving parts of your company so we can work toward your custom plan.

DISCOVER / PLAN: 02
All of the stakeholders, decision makers and benefactors of the process or project are identified. Together, we establish a formal project definition, and outline the contractual scope of work. Once the contract is instituted, milestones for updates, reporting and accomplishments are defined and tailored to implement the project.

EVALUATE / RECRUIT: 03
Candidates for hire are identified and vetted from our national network of eligible recruits. Each one is evaluated and hand selected to best fit the project needs, job requirements, and corporate culture. We offer Job Training, Workshops, and Seminars to ensure job readiness. 

ON-BOARD / ASSIMILATE: 04
By acting as your fast-track HR Department, PMSG speeds up on-boarding new hires by handling all the details: reviewing specific company policies, setting up insurance, and examining the benefits available for new hires and their family such as 401Ks. With their questions answered, hires are ushered into their first day of employment focused and work-ready.

DEPLOY / FACILIATE: 05
The introductory period for a new hire is critical. That’s why PMSG stays in communication, facilitating a smooth transition after deployment. We stand-by, ready to trouble-shoot any issues that may arise and maintain a pipeline for future qualified candidates based on need.
